1) Are the prices in the e-shop the same as in the brick-and-mortar shop?

  • Yes, the prices in all our company shops are the same as in the e-shop.

2) What is the delivery cost?

  • The delivery cost is automatically added in the ordering process. Learn more about costs and free delivery here.

3) How to send product for exchange or return to the central warehouse?

  • Just print and fill out the return form and send the product together with the form to:

UPDATE: During quarantine measures, we extend the return period to 30 days from the product purchase.

4) How can I claim the product?

  • You can file a complaint either in our 4 company KLIMATEX shops or by sending it to the headquarters address:

  • Attach a printed and completed complaint form to the package.

5) Can I return products purchased on the e-shop in the brick-and-mortar shop?

  • Of course, you can return the products within 30 days in any of our 4 KLIMATEX company shops or by sending them back to the warehouse.
  • You can also return products purchased in our KLIMATEX company shops within 30 calendar days without giving any reason (the deadline for returning the products is extended from October 13, 2020)

6) Product returns at partner shops

  • At the stores of our business partners (for example Sportisimo), it is not possible to return products purchased on our e-shop or 4 KLIMATEX shops.

7) Do you also ship to Slovakia?

  • Yes, just switch to "EUR" in the upper right corner of the menu and continue shopping and proceed as with a standard order.

8) When will I receive the product? *

The delivery date of the product depends on the method of payment:
  • Payment on delivery - If the order is created by 12:00, we try to ship it the same day. The delivery is therefore the next day. If the order is created after 12:00, the order is shipped the next day.
  • Payment by card - if the payment is successful and you receive an e-mail informing you that the payment was successful, the sending is the same as in point a).
  • Payment by bank transfer - the order is shipped only after the payment has been credited to our account (we do not accept any payment confirmation). This usually takes two to three days.
  • Picking up in the shop - the period depends on whether the products are in stock at the shop or not. Usually, the preparation of your order should not exceed 4 working days.
