For easier seeking the goods are divided into sections according to the range of products. For buying click on the picture, choose the colour and size and click on „add to cart“. The goods can be added and deleted from the basket. Whenever you want you can easily check the content of the basket.  When you confirm the purchase the order becomes obligatory. By confirming the purchase the customer agrees on the price, the delivery costs and the fact that personal details from his/her order were processed according to the Act of Protection of personal information.  The customer is informed about receiving the order.


Availability of the goods in stock is checked online in regular intervals. You can find the information about the availability in the basket or in the catalogue.  It is possible that during sales the chosen and ordered goods may not be in stock despite that the e-shop says that the goods is available. Usual delivery takes from two to five working days from the moment of receiving the order by means of cash on delivery or payment by the credit/debit card. During huge sales the delivery date can be considerably prolonged. You may check the state of the order on the e-shop web after you login. The login link will be sent to you via e-mail altogether with your order summary. If you choose personal pick-up you will be informed directly from the shop that you purchase is ready.


For the delivery within the Czech Republic you can choose between DPD, Czech Post Office (CPO) or personal pick-up in the shop (only in Czech Republic). If the goods is delivered by DPD or CPO it will be sent to your address. Please, fill in your mobile number as well, so that we can reach you on the day of delivery. The delivery takes place during working hours so do not forget to state the address and telephone number of the place you work in. In the case you decide to choose CPO and we will not reach you will find a delivery note in your post box. In the case of personal takeover you can choose one of our shops and your order will be ready to be picked up right there. Should you not pick up the goods within 7 day from the day it is prepared your order will be automatically cancelled. Delivery in Slovakia provides the Geis Company.


The goods is being paid for as cash on delivery. Postage 16 € is for European countries except Czech Republic and Slovakia. Orders over 250 € have free postage. 


The warranty lasts 24 months and can be claimed within 24 months from the purchase of the goods.  You can complain in any of our shops, or you can send the goods by post (in an appropriate packaging) or bring it personally to the address:

Bring/send the claimed goods with a brief description of defect, your contact details and copy of the receipt or other document proving the purchase. When you are sending the claimed goods please make sure that the parcel is tagged as REKLAMACE (WARRANTY CLAIM), so that the justified request can be handled as quickly as possible. For quick handling we recommend you to enclose any document confirming the purchase (invoice etc.) and filled-in warranty claim form. Only clean goods will be accepted. Do not send the parcel as cash on delivery as such consignment cannot be accepted.

In case you are a consumer your request will be handled within 30 days. If you are our business partner with whom we deal according to the Commercial Code, there is no legal limit for handling the claim, and however, even in these cases we do our best to act as quickly as possible. Should your warranty claim be approved, the goods will be sent on the stated address.

In case of unrepairable warranty defect you will be either sent a new item, or you will get the refund.
Every item in our e-shop has a description of maintenance. When maintaining always proceed according to the given instructions and symbols of maintenance. By doing this you will prevent the spoilage of the goods and prolong its lifetime. The goods which will not be treated according to these instructions will not be approved as justifiable. The warranty cannot also be claimed after mechanical damage of the item, or after damage caused by wearing and tearing. The warranty should be claimed as soon as you discover the defect without any necessary delay, so that we are able to assess the cause of the defect.

Free gifts are not subject to the rights of consumer.


If, for any reason, you are unhappy with an item you have purchased on our website www.klimatex.eu, you can withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days. This can also be applied on the purchases made on the internet but picked-up personally in one of our shops. The right to withdraw from the order is subjected to the law number 367/2000 according to the Legal Code. The Club card holders may even return the goods purchased in the shop within 7 calendar days from the day of purchase. Underwear, socks and swimsuits cannot be returned or changed from the hygienically reasons.

This “cooling off” period expires 14 days after the day you received your goods (e.g. if you receive the goods on Friday the period starts on Saturday). However, if this period expires on a non-working day, your deadline is extended till the next working day. Withdrawal has to be received within the timeframe, sending it the last day of the period is too late. This can also be done via email on: klimatex@klimatex.eu.

We advise to enclose a document which will confirm that you have purchased the goods in our company. This will also help us to identify the given item and address your request. Your money will be refunded to your account within 30 days from the day of acceptance of your withdrawal.

The packaging is not subject to the purchase or the purchased item. However, Klimatex, a.s., has the right of compensation of expends related to the acceptance of returned goods. These expands are to be assessed individually and then subtracted from the refund.

You will prevent this expands compensation by simply cleaning the goods and sending it in the original packaging. Every single withdrawal is to be dealt with individually.

Enclose to every single item the document that will confirm that you have bought it in our shop and filled-in withdrawal form.

In case you are not a consumer therefore you buy the goods for your further entrepreneur activities (that means that your Identification number is stated on the invoice) you have no rights to withdraw from the purchase as the Commercial code does not include this option.


The goods bought on our e-shop www.klimatex.eu can also be replaced for another within 14 days from receiving the goods for any reason. The postage is paid by the customer.
When replacing the goods following conditions have to be fulfilled:
  • The item has to be sent back in original packaging
  • It cannot bear any signs of using or damaging (it has to be further saleable)
  • The goods has to be complete as you have received it (including all tags)
You must enclose the copy of receipt or any other documents which were sent altogether with the goods
In case of replacement of the goods enclose the replacement form as well. The customer will receive the new item as cash on delivery. If the new item is more expensive than the replaced one the price of postage will be increased for the difference.

This agreement is given for all the information submitted until further written notice. At the same time you are aware of your rights according to the § 12 a 21 of the Act No. 101/2000 on the Protection of personal information. All the information is exact and true and is provided on consensually. The processor is obliged to use the personal information for the marketing purposes only. The administrator purports that he will collect personal information only in the extent necessary for the fulfilling of the purpose declared and process them only according to the purpose for which they were originally collected. Employees of the administrator, or other natural persons, who work with the personal information subject to the contract signed with the administrator, are obliged to maintain confidentiality about the personal information even after terminating the contract with their employer.
