Is there a problem with our products or the goods do not meet your requirements? Use the form below to select your request and follow the instructions. After filling in, you will receive information on sending the goods through the Mailroom. In this case, we pay for the transport to our warehouse, or choose another carrier at your own expense.

The use of the form will facilitate communication and your overview of the complaint or return process.

Important points for complaints or returns

To process your request as quickly as possible, please comply with the following:

  • Warranty or returns are only possible for products purchased on our e-shop in or our network of 4 stores
  • The goods cannot be exchanged. In this case, choose a return and re-order the newly requested product
  • Return of unused goods with a tag is possible within 30 days of receiving the order
  • Warranty about the goods are possible within 24 months of receiving the order
  • Always fill in the IBAN and in the case of customers outside the Czech Republic also the SWIFT code. This will speed up the complaint / return process.
